Elevate Partners are currently working with a leading PLC who, due to growth and strong performance are looking to hire a Manager to join their Corporate Development team. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive management team on M&A and Strategic Planning to ensure company growth targets are delivered.
The Role
* Construct detailed financial and transaction models including ability to run several financing and transaction scenarios
* Prepare industry and competitive landscape research taking into account market variables and due diligence requirements
* Assisting with sourcing, executing and evaluating investment opportunities
* Interacting with key counterparties (management, vendors, investors) and prepare materials for board presentation
Requirements
* 4 - 7 year's experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services or M&A
* Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills are essential, visible deal/transaction experience in the energy sector is desirable
* Excellent academic background with relevant studies in business, economics or engineering
* Ability to work in a high performing core team
