The Role
After a sustained period of significant growth, the banking & finance team at Philip Lee LLP is looking to hire another associate to the team. The role will involve advising clients on a broad range of corporate lending matters, in particular in relation to development finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, fund finance and asset-based lending.

The Team
The banking & finance team at Philip Lee is ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 meaning it is regarded as one of the leading banking & finance team in Ireland. The team advises most of the leading lenders that are active in Ireland and, more recently, has been advising numerous borrower clients on their debt financing requirements. The team works closely with colleagues in the corporate, real estate and construction teams on domestic and international transactions.
About You
The successful candidate will:
* be a qualified solicitor in Ireland with 2–5 years' PQE working in banking & finance law;
* be naturally collaborative and understand the importance of being part of a team;
* prioritise attention to detail;
* display commercial awareness and understand what is important to clients; and
* have strong communication skills.
