Orange Recruitment are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our clients expanding mobile engineering team in Dublin. You will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and compliance inspections across multiple client sites. The job involves both planned maintenance and reactive electrical works, with the support of a strong technical and administrative team. Responsibilities: Carry out PPM, remedial works, and fault-finding on electrical systems Perform routine inspections, testing, and certification in line with industry standards Respond to reactive and emergency call-outs as needed Ensure all completed work is documented accurately through our maintenance management platform Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and professional service Work with supervisors and managers to maintain safety, compliance, and performance quality Systems You'll Work On: General power and lighting systems Electrical distribution boards and switchgear Emergency lighting and life safety systems Controls, sensors, and building services electrical infrastructure Portable appliance testing (PAT) and statutory electrical inspections Requirements: Fully qualified Electrician with valid certification (e.g., QQI Level 6 or equivalent) Strong experience in commercial or industrial electrical maintenance Full clean driving licence Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
