Job Title: Gift Card Programme Director
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Gift Card programme, driving innovation and growth across our business.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a commercially attractive offer that meets the needs of corporate customers while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow B2B gift card business, including identifying new opportunities and developing commercial models that drive revenue growth.
* Represent the company in various B2B opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate customers and partners to maximise income streams outside of our normal retail business.
* Collaborate with e-commerce and retail teams to develop and implement new routes to market, such as online corporate rewards programmes and gift card malls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship-building, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to analyse sales figures and write reports.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
