Payroll and Accounts Administrator

We’re looking to identify a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their supportive and close-knit finance team.
Opportunity: hands‑on approach in a busy and fast‑paced environment with responsibility for delivering payroll across the business.
Responsibilities
* Process the weekly end‑to‑end payroll;
* Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner;
* Ensure payroll returns are completed accurately and on a timely basis before submission to Revenue;
* Process starters/leavers;
* Assist finance with relevant payroll reporting;
* Provide assistance to the accounts payable function and follow up on supplier queries;
* Prepare bank reconciliations;
* Ensure all payroll records are filed correctly;
* Assist the Financial Controller with ad-hoc duties that arise.
Qualifications
* 3 years' payroll experience desirable;
* Strong Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables/VLOOKUP's);
* Ability to work on own initiative with strong attention to detail;
* A high level of accuracy;
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
