Salaried Position
This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team, providing support and care for adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community.
As a salaried professional, you will have access to collaborative and learning opportunities within a leading national organisation. This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week, and may include being on call at evenings and at weekends.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care. A postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or a Management Qualification is also desirable. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of senior management experience, including demonstrable strategic planning experience, and at least 5 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
