Job Opportunity
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to customers. This includes servicing and cleaning of machines, undertaking on-site repairs, and collecting chemical waste.
* Attending site visits daily to service and maintain equipment, replenish cleaning solutions, and remove waste drums.
* Collection of hazardous waste streams.
* Full training provided to complete onsite repairs.
* Delivering excellent customer service and reporting any service faults with account managers.
You will have the opportunity to meet customers across various industries, utilizing hand-held tablets and CRM to manage your week and workload. We seek someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers, and building trusted relationships.
