Product Lead
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to oversee the management of stock levels, build and maintain relationships with suppliers, and drive business growth within a specific category.
* Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.
* Create purchase orders and manage order schedules to ensure timely delivery.
* Develop strategies to mitigate back orders and stock shortages/ transfers between branches.
* SOURCE OR OFFER IN-STOCK ALTERNATIVES WHERE NECESSARY.
Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to meet customer demands effectively.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality products, including alcohol, hygiene, and packaging.
* Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
