Job Title: Financial Management Specialist
The role of the Financial Management Specialist is to provide financial support to other departments, assist in goal achievements, and ensure accounting practices are in compliance with companys Policy and regulatory policies. The specialist will also monitor inventory accuracy/physical inventory/monthly cycle counts, maintain and ensure activity-based analysis (ABC) forcycle countingis updated, assist in internal andexternal audits/Sox.
The ideal candidate will have a third level relevant qualification Accountancyqualification required with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA designation. Additionally,5 years of experiencein manufacturing industryand 3 years of experiencein a cost accounting positionare highly desirable. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsrequired.
* Maintain accurate financial records.
* Analyse material usage variances.
* Liaise with operations teams to improve data accuracy as required.
