Our client, a well-established manufacturing plant based in Athlone, seeks a Customer Service Representative to serve the German market.
The German Customer Service team plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to customers and external sales representatives, ensuring seamless and timely management of customer requirements.
This is a permanent full-time position with a standard working week from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
* Processing customer orders, offering advice and support for customer queries.
* Assisting the quality department with claim processing, overseeing transport schedules.
* Liaising with technical and R&D departments to provide product information.
* Providing sales support to the external sales team and performing general administrative duties as required.
Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses excellent spoken and written English and fluent German.
* Holds a business-related qualification with 2-3 years' experience in customer service or telesales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
* Demonstrates strong customer focus, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Displays attention to detail and accuracy.
* Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage but not required, as full training will be provided.
