Mercer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Lead ( Technical Product manager) to support Mercer's OCIO (Outsourced Chief Investment Officer) Investments Business. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions that underpin Mercer's investment management processes, ensuring they meet business needs and strategic objectives. A strong understanding of the investment management industry, including its processes, instrument asset classes, and associated technologies, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the investment management industry, including asset classes such as derivatives, direct trading, and portfolio management/order management (OMS) platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, investment teams, and technology partners to ensure the successful delivery of innovative, scalable, and operationally sound solutions.

We will rely on you to:
5. Lead the delivery of technology solutions that support Mercer's investment management processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic architecture.
6. Apply your deep understanding of the investment management industry to guide solution design, delivery, and operational support, addressing the unique needs of Mercer's OCIO business.
7. Manage end-to-end delivery projects, from initiation through deployment, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality oues.
8. Collaborate with investment teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
9. Coordinate with vendors and internal development teams to deliver both off-the-shelf and custom-built investment technology solutions.
10. Ensure operational readiness and supportability of delivered solutions, addressing operational challenges and optimizing processes.
11. Lead cross-functional teams in adopting Agile and traditional project management practices, tailoring approaches to project needs.
12. Support the rationalization of regional technical needs versus the strategic Target Operating Model, promoting technology reuse and standardization.
13. Represent technology interests within regional and global investment forums and initiatives.
14. Partner with broader Investment and MMC Technology organizations to ensure alignment, risk management, and effectivemunication of business priorities.
What you need to have:
15. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (,puter Science, Finance, Business Administration); advanced degrees are a plus.
16. Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of deliveringplex investment technology solutions.
17. Deep understanding of investment management processes, asset classes, and related technologies.
18. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability tomunicateplex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including senior management.
19. Experience managing projects involving both vendor solutions and in-house developed systems within the investment technology space.
20. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
21. Proficiency in Agile and traditional project management methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred.
22. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
What makes you stand out:
23. Extensive experience in the investment management industry with experience across the Investment Management technology architecture.
24. Experience with State Street Alpha, Charles River, Risk/Analytics Platforms ( PORT, Factset, Yield Book), or Jacobi are a plus.
25. Knowledge of an OCIO business.
26. Experience working in global projects that span across regions.
