True Clocking Out – no marking or admin at home
Structured Days– everything fits within your working hours
Mon–Fri Hours– predictable schedule, evenings free
This role is a recruitment consulting position at Access, highly suitable for Education/Teaching professionals (no previous recruitment experience is required, as we provide full training for the role).
In this role, your day is structured and predictable: what you do during work hours stays at work. There's no marking, lesson planning, or administrative tasks following you home. You guide candidates, manage client relationships, and see the impact of your work without carrying it beyond your day.
Your teaching skills (communication, organisation, adaptability, and resilience) are highly transferable. You'll use them to build relationships, guide candidates, and deliver results in a professional, structured sales environment where your effort is recognized with unlimited earning potential, and merit-based career progression.
The difference is clear: you can do great work, make a real impact, and still leave it at the office at the end of the day
Why Transition From Teaching to Access:

Supportive Training: Step-by-step guidance ensures you succeed even without prior recruitment experience.
Real Impact: Use your communication and mentoring skills to guide candidates and clients, seeing tangible results every day.
