Are you a passionate, driven Head Chef looking to lead an ambitious kitchen team in one of Dublin's most exciting hospitality groups?
One Restaurant in Ballsbridge is currently seeking a talented Head Chef to join and lead our dynamic team.
As part of the renowned Oliver Dunne Restaurants collection, we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience, combining creativity, precision, and outstanding Irish produce. We are looking for a culinary professional who shares our values and has the experience and leadership to drive our kitchen to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the kitchen team with passion, professionalism, and creativity.
* Design and execute seasonal, innovative menus that reflect our brand ethos.
* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Manage kitchen operations, including rostering, stock control, and budgeting.
* Maintain a strong focus on training, developing, and inspiring the brigade.
* Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP.
* Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Group Executive Chef.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A passion for exceptional food and local, seasonal ingredients.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Creativity, ambition, and a commitment to continual learning and improvement.
* HACCP certified and strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
