As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead process/procedure definition and maintain a continuous flow of high-quality products to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Mentor and develop personnel in quality management and improvement practices
* Lead investigations into quality excursions and implement corrections and corrective actions
* Support change management processes and customer requests as appropriate
* Demonstrate high-level competence using relevant corrective action systems (e.g CAPA)
* Create concise technical reports, communicate results and manage subsequent analysis queries
The Skills and Qualifications We Need
* Strong knowledge of quality tools, ISO / QMS standards and processes (ISO 9001, ISO13485)
* Data analysis and presentation skills, using software to generate reports, capture data and present data in an understandable format
* Able to effectively communicate complex technical issues to internal and external customers
