Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping Services: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank reconciliations, creditor and debtor reconciliations, and processing customer and supplier invoices.
* Creditors and Debtors: Conduct regular checks to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Email and Phone Query Handling: Respond to queries from customers, suppliers, and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Bookkeeping and Financial standard practices.
* A strong understanding of data privacy and integrity.
* Knowledge of Sage, BrightPay, and ROS portal.
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a bookkeeping role.
