This is a permanent, full time role Fully office based €35,000 - €43,000 depending on experience Main responsibilities: Placing POs daily for multiple suppliers and subcontractors Sourcing potential suppliers, providing information & requesting quotations Setting up new suppliers/subcontractors on system Liaising with accounts to solve invoice queries Master data entry Main requirements: 25 years experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail Experience working with purchase orders, supplier management, and quotations Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments and with external suppliers Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience using ERP or procurement systems is desirable Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving invoice or supplier queries
