Project Optimization Manager
Reperio has partnered with a global organisation to drive the optimisation and continuous improvement of a global Transport Management System.
This role will oversee system integration, vendor management, and project activities to maximise efficiency and strengthen visibility across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the rollout of the TMS across sites, suppliers, and partners.
* Manage projects including ERP/tool integrations and process improvements.
* Ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and smooth system adoption.
* Oversee project schedules, risk management, and communications.
* Engage stakeholders and support organisational change.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
* 5+ years in project/program management.
* PMP certification and MS Project knowledge required.
* Experience with global TMS or large IT system rollouts preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI; SAP knowledge an advantage.
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
Relevant qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in project/program management.
