Excel Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Chefs for multiple client sites across Tipperary.
These roles are primarily within contract catering and food service environments and offer mostly Monday to Friday, daytime working hours, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook fresh food to a consistently high standard
2. Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
3. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
4. Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
5. Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
6. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Chef Requirements:
7. Previous experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
8. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
9. Ability to adapt to different client sites and kitchen setups
10. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
11. Flexibility to work across multiple locations as required
12. Own transport an advantage
