We are seeking to appoint a Finalist or Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA) to join our team as a Financial Accountant.If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.This role will work closely with the Director of Finance & HR and will play a key part in delivering monthly financial reporting and driving the continuous development of financial reporting processes and internal controls.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and liaise with external auditors.Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis to aid decision-making.Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models and spreadsheets, ensuring high standards of accuracy and detail.Monitor and improve financial controls and processes to support robust financial governance.Work on ad-hoc projects as required, including process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.Assist with cash flow management and reporting.Prepare variance analysis and explain significant movements to management.Requirements & Qualifications: 1 or 2 years of experience as Financial Accountant Finalist or Part qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA.Extensive knowledge of Excel and strong spreadsheet analysis skills, with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness.Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
