Legal Administrative Assistant Job Description

This role provides administrative support to a team practicing in Banking at a top law firm. Key responsibilities include diary management, business development document preparation, maintaining accurate records and general administrative tasks.

* Complex diary management including scheduling conflicts travel plans conference attendance and itineraries
* Preparation of business development documents including presentations pitches as well as managing all aspects of the billing process.
