Key Responsibilities
The primary role of the Accommodation Supervisor is to oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This includes managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining the facility's cleanliness and safety standards.
* Staff Management:
o Recruit, train, and supervise accommodation staff and other support personnel, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
* Operations Management:
o Oversee room assignments, housekeeping schedules, maintenance requests, and inventory management, working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and resolve operational issues promptly.
