We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly person with a positive attitude to join our team for a full-time position as a receptionist in a busy Medical Clinic in the Clarehall Shopping Centre in Dublin 17.The successful candidate will ideally have experience as a medical receptionist (Socrates Software skills very beneficial) or professional front of house position, will have excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone, and will be keen to learn a wide range of new skills in a challenging healthcare environment.As stated, experience with the Socrates Practice Management Software is a benefit. The successful applicant will be proficient in the Windows suite and will have verifiable typing skills of 60wpm. Experience handling multiple phone lines is required, and discretion and compassion are essential when dealing with patients.The position is available immediately and salary is competitive and commensurate with skills and experience.
