Job Overview:
The Health and Safety Manager will lead the team in ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulations. This involves monitoring EHS advisors, collecting health and safety documentation, and raising awareness of health dangers and on-site training.
* Report on subcontractors' and project teams' safety performance and provide recommendations to management as necessary.
* Monitor EHS advisors reporting into you.
* Assist with the collection of Health & Safety Documentation.
* Educate staff on their obligations.
* Participate in raising awareness of health dangers and on-site training.
* Implement HSE standards, systems, and processes.
* Minimum 5-year related experience preferred.
This role requires a strong understanding of HSE regulations and excellent leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Health and Safety team and ensuring compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
