Line of ServiceInternal Firm ServicesIndustry/SectorNot ApplicableSpecialismIFS - AdministrationManagement LevelAdministrativeJob Description & SummaryWe are seeking a diligent and organized Administrator to join our Middle Office Operations team within Internal Firm Services. This role provides essential administrative support to internal stakeholders, assisting in the accurate processing and management of operational tasks. The successful candidate will support daily office functions, maintain records, respond to queries, and assist with routine operational activities in a busy office environment.This role offers the opportunity to build foundational administrative and operational skills and gain exposure to internal processes within a supportive team setting.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Perform routine validation checks to ensure data accuracy and completenessMaintain and update records and databases in line with standard proceduresIdentify and escalate errors or missing information for resolutionCollaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to address queriesSupport ongoing administrative activities and documentation managementAssist with period-end or cycle-based tasks as neededFollow established workflows, controls, and proceduresProvide clear and timely communication on task status and queriesSupport process improvement initiatives by identifying routine issues and suggesting ideasMaintain clear and accurate documentation for actions takenAdhere to a structured task and escalation processExperience and SkillsSome administrative or operations experience (e.g., internships, previous roles, or shared services experience) is beneficial but not mandatoryAbility to follow structured processes and attention to detailComfortable handling data, reports, and spreadsheetsBasic understanding of operational workflows and proceduresGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work within deadlinesTakes ownership of assigned responsibilitiesEducationAny level of education is acceptableRelevant work experience or internships considered valuableRequired SkillsCommunicationAttention to DetailTime ManagementOrganisation SkillsCustomer ServiceDocumentation ManagementData AccuracyProcess AdherenceAccountabilityTeamworkOptional SkillsExposure to SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems is an advantage but not requiredProblem SolvingAdaptabilityIntellectual CuriosityAdditional Job DescriptionUnlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together We're inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
