Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth daily operations of our 4-star and 5-star hotels across Ireland.
As an Operations Manager, you will lead daily hotel operations, coordinating across multiple departments to maintain seamless service. You will be the main point of contact for guest queries and operational issues during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily hotel operations, coordinating across multiple departments to maintain seamless service
* Manage event logistics including fire walks, AV setups, and cash handling procedures
* Supervise staff during peak service periods and delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational flow
* Monitor team performance and uphold high brand standards to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Operations Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or high-volume property
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with hotel management systems
* Calm, proactive, and guest-focused approach to service delivery
* Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and busy event periods
