This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Golf Club as Food and Beverage Operations Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's dining and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish Service Standards: Develop and implement exceptional service standards across all F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in member and guest experiences.
* Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, procurement, storage, and issuance of food, beverage, operating supplies, minimizing waste and maintaining profitability.
* Cost Control: Monitor labor costs (COGS) to meet budgeted financial goals while adhering to health & safety regulations.
