Join Our Team as a Field Service Manager for Ireland
As our Field Service Manager for Ireland, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services are efficient, customer-focused, and delivered on budget.
In this role you will lead and inspire a team of field service technicians and manage relationships with a network of Miele Service Partners, fostering a collaborative and high performing culture.
You will become a member of the Miele GB and Ireland Field Service team, reporting into the Head of Field Service.
You will be required to travel across Ireland and Northern Ireland, with regular visits to our Miele Ireland Head Office in Dublin for meetings. You'll have the opportunity to manage your schedule, engaging with the field service team, customers, and our service partners to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and Inspire: Manage and guide our entire field service unit, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Continuous Improvement: Ensure the delivery of top-tier Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in Field Service, consistently exceeding customer expectations
* Relationship Management: Ensure all Miele Service Partners within the region are promoting Miele values, delivering an exceptional service and adhering to their contractual requirements
Skills and Experience:
You will have relevant experience in a field service management role or similar, with a proven track record in delivering customer excellence and managing a field based team. A natural relationship builder, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do you will exemplify ‘Immer Besser’ in the way you work and represent the brand.
You will be asked to demonstrate:

* Customer Focus: Ability to drive continuous improvement across the customer journey.
* Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
