Project Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to spearhead complex projects from initiation to completion.
* Coordinate, monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
* Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of works in line with the project programme.
* Review all documentation and designs, highlighting inconsistencies to minimize alterations during the construction phase, and suggest value engineering options.
* Oversee daily operations to guarantee seamless project execution.
* Manage projects from inception to successful handover.
* Develop detailed project schedules to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Ensure all work conforms to stringent health and safety standards aligned with company policies.
* Work closely with Site Engineers, Foremen, and Directors to drive project success.
* Responsible for the overall project delivery.
* Supervise internal site finishes.
* Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
Essential Requirements
* Hold a degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management (level 8 minimum).
* 5+ Years of hands-on experience in Project Leadership, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial/fitout projects.
* Expertise in steel frame commercial/retail projects.
* Thorough understanding of project delivery processes, from initial stages to final handover.
* Solid technical background, with excellent project management skills.
* Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and MS Project, CAD/BIM, and IT systems.
