This role blends business analysis with systems analysis, focusing on process documentation, improvement opportunities, and alignment with SDLC and ISO 27001 standards.You'll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and compliance functions—ensuring clarity, efficiency, and secure solution design.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and document business and system processes, workflows, and proceduresConduct systems analysis of current applications, data flows, and integrationsIdentify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using technology and automationTranslate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements aligned with SDLCCollaborate with developers, architects, and testers to support solution designEnsure documentation supports ISO 27001 compliance and security best practicesProduce high-quality deliverables including process maps, user stories, and use casesFacilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessionsContribute to continuous improvement of systems and documentation standardsCandidate RequirementsEssential Skills:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical BAStrong process mapping, systems analysis, and documentation skillsUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with ISO 27001 or similar frameworksProficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholdersStrong problem-solving mindsetDesirable Skills:Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environmentsKnowledge of risk management, data governance, or information securityCertifications in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or ISO 27001
