The Maintenance Electrician is a critical role within our Maintenance team, responsible for ensuring production efficiency, safety, and plant improvements. As part of the team, you will be working with plant, equipment, and instruments to prevent breakdowns and optimize production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preventative Maintenance
">
">
o Schedule preventative maintenance tasks for plant and equipment in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
">
o Develop spare parts lists for plant and equipment in consultation with the Maintenance Manager.
">
">
2. Breakdown Maintenance
">
">
o Respond promptly to breakdowns, repairing or replacing equipment as necessary, while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
">
o Provide feedback to the Maintenance Manager on breakdowns to assist in developing preventative maintenance schedules and improving production efficiency.
">
">
3. Projects
">
">
o Collaborate with the Maintenance team to identify and recommend new plant and equipment purchases.
">
o Assist in commissioning new equipment and developing preventative maintenance schedules for new equipment.
">
o Work with contractors and external service technicians as required to ensure smooth project execution.
">
">
4. Health and Safety
">
">
o Maintain Health and Safety standards during all work activities, ensuring personal safety and that of all employees.
">
o Report any unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager in a timely manner.
">
">
5. General Training
">
">
o Attend site meetings, engineering reviews, and external audits as required to stay informed and contribute to optimum results.

Requirements
">
