* Champion the Murphy Culture Development Programme developing HSE strategies across power-related projects conducting site audits inspections risk assessments performance reviews investigations into incidents near-misses non-conformances monitor environmental impact ensure sustainability goals environmental regulations provide expert guidance leadership site teams management subcontractors deliver targeted training inductions toolbox talks maintain accurate HSE records reports KPIs support continuous improvement initiatives stay up-to-date advise senior management relevant legislation industry best practices liaise clients regulatory bodies stakeholders ensure full compliance legal contractual obligations identify significant hazards support implementation control measures
