ACCPRO continues to provide recruitment support a City Centre based global technology firm. We are on the lookout for a strong Data Analyst for an initial 11-month contract. Candidates will have strong Agile and Scrum skills as well as valid Workday certifications. €85k per year. the role can be done remotely from anywhere in Ireland.
The role
* Collaborate with internal partners to identify, define, and clarify business requirements; translating needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to standard methodologies and provide data‑driven insights.
* Utilize datasets across Workday and other applications to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, behaviors, and metrics.
* Build organization‑wide relationships to move initiatives forward and position ideas to enhance the likelihood of success.
* Develop technical expertise in various Workday technologies, including but not limited to the reporting and analytics framework and security framework.
* Demonstrate business knowledge and expertise to uncover process gaps and work multi‑functionally to formulate plans to improve support models.
* Participate in the organizational change and launch support processes.
* Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain specialists and end‑user representatives.
* Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with the project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end‑user acceptance signoff.
* Contribute to documentation, QA, and organization of our analytics tooling.
What is needed
* 3+ years data analysis experience
* Available for an 11‑month contract
* Thorough understanding of data modeling and reporting frameworks
* Ability to drive processes improvement strategies
