We prioritize creating impactful, customer-centric designs as part of our Digital Product Team.You will have the opportunity to design consumer-facing digital experiences across a portfolio that includes SuperValu, Real Rewards, and Centra. What you'll be doing: Create engaging and user-friendly interface designs that align with established brand guidelines and contribute to a seamless customer experience across digital platforms. Curate and assist in conducting user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine design solutions and enhance user satisfaction. Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to understand project requirements, translating them into intuitive and accessible designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI elements. Work within existing design systems, maintaining consistency in visual elements and user interactions, while contributing feedback for system improvements. What we'er looking for: Relevant third level qualification in design 2+ years of experience as a UX designer Proficiency with interface design ( Figma preferred; or experience with Sketch, Adobe XD or similar) Previous User research and data analytics experience Basic working knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript an advantage Understanding of User Centred Design and design principles Experience creating lo-fi wireframes and prototypes, and user flows and journeys A working knowledge of the principles and practicalities of building, using and iterating Design Systems is a bonus Strong eye for detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Why Musgrave: Career Development: With a commitment to your personal and professional growth, Musgrave offers numerous opportunities for advancement and learning.
