HACCP Trained.
Person required to assist Chef on a daily basis to cook a daily mid day meal for 60 people approx. No formal chef training required but must have HACCP course at least 1 years experience of cooking 4 course dinner in the absence of a Chef. Must be able to speak fluent english, experience working with elderly an advantage but not essential. Position subject to Garda Vetting. Immediate start.
