Care Leader for Elderly Healthcare
We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to oversee the well-being of our elderly residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of care are met with the highest level of professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities:
* Create and implement effective plans to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
* Liaise with staff members to ensure seamless coordination of care services.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on resident progress and any issues arising.
* Raise awareness about HIQA standards within the community through innovation & creativity in work practices.

Necessary Qualifications:
• Nursing experience: minimum 2 years in nursing home in Ireland. — Preferably has SSN or CNM experience (CNM not necessarily essential if candidate is very strong senior nurse) • Communication skills: high level High level English proficiency • Speciality: interest in gerontology, infection control, dementia courses undertaken. —
