Job Title: Part-Time (Permanent) Warehouse Supervisor
NuLumenTek Ltd is a specialist lighting solutions provider delivering projects across Ireland and internationally through our overseas offices. We are a close-knit team of fewer than 10 people based in Cork, combining office and warehouse operations. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and excellent service for our clients.
The Role
NuLumenTek Ltd is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Supervisor to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with our office team.
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, managing stock movements, coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, and liaising with couriers and freight partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving, checking, and booking in goods
* Supervising warehouse organisation and housekeeping
* Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
* Preparing and dispatching orders
* Arranging collections with couriers and freight companies
* Dealing with import deliveries and freight documentation
* Producing basic monthly warehouse and stock reports
* Operating a forklift (training can be provided if required)
* Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times
* Using computer systems and email for orders, stock, and courier coordination
Requirements
* Good English (spoken and written) is essential
* Applicants must currently have the legal right to work in Ireland
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable
* Forklift experience an advantage (training available if not held)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work accurately and independently
* Comfortable liaising with couriers and freight companies
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
