The Payroll and Workforce Management Team
Our team provides services for companies to assess and enhance their Payroll and Workforce Management operations within the HR Tech market offering.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Payroll and Advisory professionals to join our Human Capital team. Our team has a strong HR Tech team and provides services to top-tier clients in defining their payroll strategy, choosing their optimal payroll outsourcing model and vendor, and partnering with industry vendors to implement payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with client project teams to understand business needs and evaluate current state
* Engage and interview client subject matter experts, facilitating global and local workshops, reviewing client-provided materials and documentation
* Participate in requirement gathering and translate business needs into system design specification or solution
* Maintain familiarity with current payroll and workforce management vendor offerings and assist in vendor selection activities
* Design, develop, and document processes and procedures (global vs local) pertaining to the suggested future state roadmap
* Support testing and data conversion activities in UAT, SIT/E2E, Parallel testing, SRT and Cut-over phases of the project
* Assist in creation of content for RFP/RFI in the Payroll and HR Transformation space
About You
We are looking for individuals with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and varied environment. Proven experience working on end-to-end service delivery implementations and experience in payroll operations and payroll consulting is required.
