Job Title: Senior Project Lead
About the Role
This 12-month contract offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in NPI, Facilities, Utilities, Construction or Pharmaceutical Processing.
Key Responsibilities
* Work safely and comply with Health, Safety & Environment mandatory policies, standards, and procedures.
* Support and adhere to personnel and manufacturing policies and procedures.
* Adhere to the Change Control Management System for all changes to the existing process or implementation of new systems.
* Drive change by assessing opportunities, presenting proposals, gaining support from key stakeholders, assembling relevant team members, obtaining finance, and managing budgets.
* Write Design Specifications and complete IQ/OQ/PQ activities as part of project execution.
* Perform risk management, translate results into action, and execute implementation plans.
* Prioritize workload to ensure agreed deadlines are achieved.
* Occasionally perform other engineering duties to support operation as required.
* Take ownership of projects, participating in audits of regulatory agencies, and presenting to visitors as Subject Matter Expert.
The ideal candidate will have a primary degree-level education in Engineering (or equivalent combination of training and experience), minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience, Project Management training, and experience in Construction/Facility systems/Utility systems/Pharmaceutical Processing NPI. Experience in commissioning and Pharmaceutical/Medical device is also desirable.
