Job Description: Air Export AOG Agent
The Air Export AOG Agent will serve in an operations capacity, responsible for processing export shipments including handling accompanying export documentation. Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Track and trace shipments.
2. Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation, including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.
3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
4. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other offices worldwide, and co-workers through email, phone, instant messaging, and in-person interactions.
5. Monitor reports.
6. Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
7. Maintain strong relationships with service providers such as airlines and trucking companies.
8. Maintain compliance with internal policies, external government regulations, and customer requirements at all times.
9. Meet key performance indicators to support department, branch, product, and company goals.
10. Understand overall department process flow and seek opportunities for improved efficiency.
11. Complete required 52 hours of annual training, provided by the company.

* Effective interpersonal skills, including listening, comprehension, and clear communication both verbally and in writing.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proven track record of excellent attendance.
