* The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results.
* Lead key HR processes including performance management, compensation reviews, and engagement initiatives.
* Provide expert guidance to enhance leadership capability and team effectiveness.
* Drive talent strategies including succession planning, recruitment, and retention.
* Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
* Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work agilely and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
