Property Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Administrator to join our team in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
About the Role:
* To provide administrative support to assigned property managers and administrators general administrative duties including preparation of newsletters, notices meeting minutes and issuing receipts assisting with preparation for meetings in conjunction with the assigned portfolio manager and property administrator attending meetings to provide administrative support when required liaising with committees directors regarding developments under instruction carrying out additional ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-focused administrative role previously experienced within property services or related sector is an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be confident interacting professionally with customers providing effective solutions to queries supporting the wider property management team experience is not essential but is highly valued.
