Responsibilities:
1. Identify passive and active candidates in the marketplace
2. Attend recruitment events to increase candidate pipeline
3. Utilise job boards, social media, and marketing to maintain strong candidate pools
4. Conduct and manage the interview process, including prescreening testing
5. Manage the offer and onboarding process, including sending all legal and contractual paperwork
6. Manage the rejection process for unsuccessful candidates
7. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements
8. Act as a point of contact for hiring managers and workers during the recruitment process
9. Respond promptly to ad hoc queries from workers or hiring managers
10. Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and relay information to stakeholders
11. Manage offboarding processes for departing workers
12. Ensure workers complete time capture accurately for correct and timely payments
13. Ensure compliance with disciplinary and grievance policies, engaging with your program manager as needed
14. Perform performance management of Kelly Staffing/GI employees, including reviews and catch-ups
15. Handle ad hoc queries from workers or hiring managers promptly
16. Conduct return-to-work interviews, disciplinary, and grievance meetings as required
