At the heart of our team, we are seeking an accomplished and dedicated Senior Event Manager.
Job Description:
Responsible for planning and executing conferences, banquets, and other events to the highest standard. Collaborate closely with departments including kitchen, bar, front office, and sales to ensure seamless execution.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all event details are delivered as agreed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar event management role within a 4-star hotel or equivalent establishment.
* A hospitality qualification is advantageous.
* Proven track record of managing weddings and private functions.
* Able to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced service environments.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
* Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
