A position has become available for the right candidate in our milk production plant in Clonmore, Killeshin, Carlow. We have been producing high quality award winning milk and cream here for the last ten years and continue to grow year on year.
Working as part of the operations team in the factory, undertaking all duties as directed by their manager/supervisor. Play a key role in production, storage, cleaning, Health & Safety and all other tasks as directed by management. This role will involve working to challenging production targets.
Candidates must be able to follow instructions without error, be honest and take responsibility, food production experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manufacturing of milk products to the highest standards in the safest, most efficient manner.
. Compliant with company standard operating procedures.
· Compliant with food safety regulations and legal standards.
· Delivering and maintaining records for food safety system in place.
Qualifications Required:
· Experience in a production food processing environment. Dairy sector processing is a distinct advantage.
· HACCP is an advantage.
