Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to lead our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial management of our company, driving profitability and efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the finance team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. You will also play a key role in shaping the company's strategy and operations.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to innovate and improve current financial systems using AI and other methods. You will build financial models to assess new revenue streams and investment opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 57 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role with a proven track record in financial management, commercial awareness, and operational oversight.
* Advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL and/or Power BI, and demonstrated success in implementing and optimising business systems.
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CMA qualification.
