We are an HSE-approved provider of home care services, headquartered in Trim, Co.
Meath and have been delivering home care to Clients in Counties Meath and Kildare for over 5 years.
We are now embarking on an exciting new development by opening an office in County Wexford to extend our services to provide home care in the Southeast.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and ambitious
Care Manager
to be our first management hire in the region.
This is a key appointment and is an opportunity for the right person to join the company at the commencement of our ambitious plans for expansion into the southeast region.
Primary Responsibilities
Engagement with clients, their families, clinicians, public health nurses and HSE Home Support Teams to develop a bespoke care plan for each client
Actively manage the care of each client through engagement with Healthcare Assistants and the clients/their families and periodic spot checks on care calls
Management, supervision and mentoring of a team of Healthcare Assistants
Assist with the recruitment of new Healthcare Assistants
Lead by example with regard to implementation of all the company's policies and procedures and ensure all Carers are following the policies and procedures
Provide emergency care cover where necessary
Contribute to the continuous enhancement and improvement of the quality of services provided to clients
Qualifications and Experience
Ambition and energy
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role in a healthcare environment
Appropriate qualifications – minimum of QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills and preferably educated to a degree level in a healthcare discipline
Demonstrable client management skills and people management skills
Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
Experience in a similar role is very desirable

The remuneration package will reflect the level of experience and qualifications that a candidate brings to the role.
