Billing Administrator
As a crucial component of the finance team, the Billing Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and expansion. Primary responsibilities include:
* Compiling and submitting customer billing information.
* Collaborating with sales admin teams to ensure timely completion of billing tasks.
* Entering rental details into the billing system (Protean).
* Efficiently processing all paperwork to meet billing requirements.
In addition to billing duties, the successful candidate will support accounts payable functions, including:
* Issuing credit notes.
* Completing monthly invoicing.
* Liaising with colleagues to complete customs paperwork for export/import transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and advanced formulas.
* Previous experience with accounts payable functions and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing workflows and implement new systems effectively.
