We are seeking a seasoned Tech Sales Engineer to spearhead our growth strategy across Ireland. This exciting role offers the perfect blend of technical sales acumen, business development expertise and customer-facing engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, opening up fresh accounts and expanding our presence in key sectors such as electronics, industrial, automotive and more. Building on strong relationships with engineering teams will also be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field is required. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
* No less than 3 years' experience in technical sales or business development preferably within adhesives or specialist chemicals industry.
* A proven track record of success in winning new business deals is essential along with excellent communication skills and organisational abilities.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (such as MS Office) would be beneficial but not necessary since we provide training if needed;
The ideal candidate should possess both independent work ethic while effectively collaborating towards shared goals.
