Centre Manager Job Description We are seeking a skilled Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our junior summer school programme in Waterford. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior role within an educational setting and proven leadership skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensure student safety and welfare at all times, and manage centre logistics efficiently. Required Skills and Qualifications 1. Previous experience as a Centre Manager or similar role within an educational setting 2. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Able to work with students under 18 years old 5. Familiarity with health & safety procedures maintaining compliant child protection policies willingness to participate in fire warden training/planning First aid assistance if necessary
