Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team.
This role is split between physical product packing/dispatching and general administrative support, including monitoring and responding to customer emails.
You'll play a key part in both our fulfilment process and day-to-day customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing & Fulfilment Duties:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
Ensure all parcels are packed to a high standard and in line with brand presentation guidelines
Label, sort, and organise outgoing deliveries using couriers or postal systems
Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries
Maintain a clean, organised packing/warehouse area
Administrative & Customer Support Duties:
Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy with approval from head of retail
Support with order tracking and customer inquiries
Provide general support to other team members as required
